Where you lose a bunch of weight in a week and then go back to what ever you were eating before. The food that caused the whole problem in the first place…and after going back to the old choices, you find yourself, once again, back in the same boat… that same,..overweight… miserable… and probably even worse…”boat”.. I know, I’ve done it and I don’t want to do that again!

Let’s get started…

Good Morning

FIRST THING:

We’re going to call this…

     “THE LIVER STARTER COCKTAIL”

We head for the kitchen, Get a nice clean BIG glass out of the cupboard and fill with water.(Your choice, filtered, bottled, even tap, if that”s all you have). We are not going to get stuck on the “small stuff”. This is about starting now, what you can do right now to take steps in the RIGHT direction! We can add to this and change as we go. But for now, do what you can.

Take the juice of 1/2 raw, fresh lemon, and stir into your water. If it’s too sour for you, you can add a little stevia powder or some honey for sweetening (you are just starting, you know) and it is rather important that you like it, so you will do it! Note: NEVER use processed sugar, it is too acidic and will be too acid producing for your body. We are sticking with God made, perfect food. We want to alkalize and balance our bodies.

Stir your “Liver Starter Cocktail” and drink down, and enjoy.

Note that a food’s acid or alkaline-forming tendency in the body has nothing to do with the actual pH of the food itself. For example, lemons are very acidic, however the end-products they produce after digestion and assimilation are very alkaline so lemons are alkaline-forming in the body. Likewise, meat will test alkaline before digestion but it leaves very acidic residue in the body so, like nearly all animal products, meat is very acid-forming.

The “Liver Starter Cocktail” is super alkalizing which is what the liver needs. We have clogged our liver with fats and acidic residue that cause a sluggish liver that has problems filtering the toxins from our bodies. A healthy liver is what we need to help in our lose weight fast raw diet plan. And the Lose Weight Fast Raw diet plan which includes plenty of raw fresh fruits and vegetables is what our liver needs to get healthy.

LIVER STARTER COCKTAIL (Recipe)

Juice of 1/2 Lemon (raw, fresh)

Big glass of water

Sweetening..your choice (Stevia, raw, unfiltered honey, pure maple syrup)..optional

Stir and drink. Every morning and through out day for optional beverage, very alkalizing and beneficial for liver and weight loss.

You are reading my uncensored review of what I really think about the “Eating For Energy Program” for fast weight loss. Note that this is a review though, and if you are looking for “Eating For Energy’s” website then….click here.

Why am I writing this? Well, when I was thinking about buying “Eating For Energy” there just wasn’t  many real reviews around so I thought I’d write one quickly to help anyone else who may be in the same position I was.

But be warned, I’ll be going into both the good and the bad points so if that’s something you might not want to hear, then you may want to check out someone else’s review.

  • Do you cringe every time old reruns of “Bay Watch” come on TV?

Me Too! I used to suffer from the same problems. I have always checked out all the latest diet fads and nothing seemed to work. And….I always loved to cook and could always be able to whip up a “mean” dinner that any one would give their “eye tooth” for just from the smell of it  a block away in or out of a  southern wind. And I always really loved eating it too. ….to my regret. When I was younger, I could actually work on it and drop some of those pounds….but as I grew older, it got harder and harder…..and I got fatter and fatter.

Well, enough of that sad story!

Things have really changed, for the better now days. It just came to me one morning I was particularly depressed about not being able to get into my last pair of “nice jeans”, now what?

It is time to find the plan that will work, once and for all!

In the back of my mind, I always knew that a raw food diet works. Plain and simple. I was raised in a health conscience family, ( there was Aunt Jo Ann and Uncle Charley. Uncle Charley has been on a raw food diet, practically his whole life. He is now in his 80′s and still going strong. ) And Aunt JoAnn(that’s her in the video, holding the basket of tomatoes from her own garden has been mostly raw for 45+years and still beautiful and healthy!) Plus I had yet to see anyone that was 100% raw life style that had any kind of fat that you could even try and pinch, plus they usually looked really healthy like they had just got off a sail boat that had taken them 2 weeks to sale here from Hawaii.

Sign me up! That’s what I want to look like! So I started my quest for a program that could help me with plenty of delicious raw recipes, motivational e books and videos to help me  stay on track. Guess What, I’m telling you, it really does work. Eating For Energy is just that. I truly had a really hard time coming up with the “bad” part of the diet. But here goes, just as I promised. Yuri, the author of Eating For Energy, I do not believe  ever really had a weight problem. His problem was more of a health problem. When he was still in school, his hair started coming out in clumps and he had absolutely  no energy. This lasted until he actually finally changed his diet to a raw food plan.
